First: Prior to the delivery of hoisting equipment, complete records shall be maintained. Safety inspection and maintenance before equipment installation: Inspect the integrity of the performance of all major mechanisms of the equipment, check for visible defects in main steel structures, connectors, pins and bolts, and examine the anti-corrosion condition of the equipment surface. Form corresponding records and issue installation opinions.
Second: Hoisting equipment shall be maintained by designated personnel. After the equipment is delivered for use, daily maintenance shall be the responsibility of the equipment operator or full-time staff of the user unit, while the installation and maintenance unit shall be obligated to supervise and inspect the daily maintenance content. The main content of daily maintenance can be summarized as the "Ten-Character Operation Method": Cleaning, Fastening, Lubricating, Adjusting, and Anti-corrosion. Conduct a 10-30 minute inspection of all parts of the equipment before and after each work shift, refuel and lubricate as required, pay attention to whether the mechanical operation sound is normal, complete cleaning work and handover procedures to ensure the equipment is clean in appearance and operates normally. Daily maintenance records and shift handover records shall be prepared in fixed forms and managed as archives.
Third: Hoisting equipment shall undergo regular professional inspections. Regular inspection, maintenance during equipment use: Perform several maintenance and repair works on mechanical equipment within specified timeframes, focusing on cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, disassembly and overhaul. This work shall generally be completed jointly by maintenance personnel and operators.
